Our ERP practice has grown quickly, and we are excited to be able to leverage our massive scale and reach to provide clients with the best ERP outcomes and tackle the most complex business challenges.
About the role
As a Project Manager in our team we want you to step up and take ownership of a range of projects, across a portfolio of clients. You’ll use Waterfall and Agile Methodologies to bring your projects to the finish line on time and on budget, working closely with the clients and delivery teams to smooth out any kinks in the plan. The role will have financial management responsibilities, so you’ll be managing large budgets and using your commercial skills to navigate around our commercial agreements.
What you’ll do
- Deliver software solutions across a range of technologies, primarily focusing on Dynamics 365 FinOps projects.
- Build and manage relationships across a wide range of parties through to senior level managers
- Manage budgets and resourcing; flagging any risk areas and working with relevant stakeholders to bring everything in line.
- Continually develop expertise and broader skill sets to provide additional capabilities and value to Datacom and our clients
What you’ll bring
We need people who are engaging, intelligent and driven in their approach to client satisfaction. Naturally, you will be an excellent communicator and will come from a successful background of software project delivery.
You’ll have:
- A successful track record in delivering ERP software solutions utilising both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to shape and execute complex software projects on time and on budget with external customers.
- Strong financial acumen and reporting ability
- Experience in people management and mentoring, strategic planning, risk management and change management
- The knowledge and mind-set to prepare and present business cases and commercial proposals for our customers.
