CropX Technologies is an exciting well-funded start-up, with over 80 employees globally.
We are now looking for a passionate and highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager, New Zealand to join our awesome team.
The main office is in Wellington, New Zealand.
This role is remote, based in the South Island, preferably in Christchurch or Ashburton.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, Australasia, who is based in the Perth, Australia.
As a B2B salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales targets, whilst also supporting our dealers’ sell-through to farmers and advisors.

5+ years of sales and/or business development experience in new markets.
Must have experience in Agriculture and Technology, with a wide, relevant network.
Great negotiation skills.
Excellent business acumen, creative problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent project management, communications, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Able to self-motivate, use initiative, and work independently and as part of a remote team.
