Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and work alongside some of the most talented and creative professionals in the industry.

The role:

Drive product adoption and usage across a portfolio of purchasing schools.

Promote expansion and mitigate churn across a portfolio of purchasing schools.

Deliver Professional Development sessions on the platform, both in-person and online, to schools across New Zealand.

Complete administrative tasks related to your portfolio.

Work as part of a team, liaising with other Customer Success Managers as well as Solution Consultants and Business Development Managers.

Work towards retention and revenue targets for your individual portfolio and the wider team.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Minimum 5 years teaching experience in New Zealand schools OR similar experience as a Customer Success Manager
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Knowledge of the education industry or experience in supporting educational software platforms
