Are you an experienced IT people leader with a background in integration or similar software development areas?
In Theta's Digital practice, you'll be surrounded by innovative, brilliant minds and thought leaders. We implement cutting-edge solutions using a variety technologies and platforms. One of the teams in Digital specialises in integration design and development, bringing specialist consultants to our interesting customer projects and initiatives. Due to our continued growth, we are now looking for a Practice Lead who will take on the team leadership and line management for this integration team. Your leadership experience will be highly valued as you continue to shape the team.

What we require:
- Ideally 3-5 years demonstrable experience in leading and line-managing teams of developers, technical leads, and architects
- A technical background in integration
- Customer-facing experience, both in terms of pre-sales activities and project-led interactions
- Ability to drive the commercial engagements for the team
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- A natural leader who loves connecting with people
- Keen to continue to develop your leadership skills
- You have a strong technical background which helps you relate to the developers who will report to you
- Possesses a positive, proactive approach to supporting and developing a team
- Are a thought leader who brings your own voice to the team, yet always wants to learn more and share experiences
- A desire to liaise directly with customers to show them what we can do
- You embrace a culture of sharing, inclusiveness, and learning
Extra skills that are nice to have
- A background in consulting organisations
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft stack of development tools and frameworks, including Azure
- Experience in product development and lifecycle management
