As Data Activation amp; Planning Lead in the Data amp; Analytics team, you will be responsible for leading amp; managing digital data amp; analytics programs and provide visibility and engagement across all different programs within the digital data amp; analytics ecosystem.
This role within the Data amp; Analytics team plays a crucial part in accelerating Xero's digital growth around the globe through excellence in data tracking amp; measurement, expansion amp; full utilisation of best in class advertising, marketing amp; data platforms. The role requires someone to be data-driven amp; cross-device acquisition in the pre-purchase stage of Xero's customer journeys and with a special focus on data amp; measurement and working with internal Digital, Product, Regional Marketing, Analytics amp; Tech teams.What you’ll do:

• Drive key data amp; measurement projects that will help propel Xero’s digital growth strategies to the next level.
• Lead the effort to build detailed requirements for measurement and oversight of the data and analytics programs to facilitate effective acquisition effort
• Create and collaborate with the data amp; analytics squads to make sure their road maps of work to meet the standard and are easily managed.
• Liaise with customers and internal cross functional teams to assess the business impact that certain technical choices have and rights standards are applied for the data amp; analytics team
• Lead the Cookie Apocalypse project and technical delivery for Google, Facebook , LinkedIn and other platforms
• Work with Xero’s Engineering team on the Offline Data Feed Management of Digital Media ad platforms
• Monitor project team progress daily
• Create visibility for the stakeholders on a road maps Data amp; Analytics team
• Conduct the operational excellent for the Data amp; Analytics team.

What you'll bring:

• Strong data literacy skills earned through a mixture of experience with data, specifically digital media
• Extensive experience in digital, media amp;data analytics
• Experience with digital media amp; measurement programs
• Ability to break down complex data and deliver meaningful, actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear and digestible way
• Experience of working in an agile environment
• Project Management experience.
• You’ll be eager to understand the business context to help inform your approach to the analytical activities, and solve customer problems alongside your stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear professional reports
• Customer-centric mindset, with proven ability to recommend opportunities that drive greater advocacy
