Requirements

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting our vision and strategy of existing product area and help develop new ones based on a big-picture vision.

Your unique blend of business and technical-savvy, courage to dive into key strategic initiative and eye for details will enable Serko to deliver compelling products and services that solve real problems for our customers.


What you will be doing

  • Defining a prioritized roadmap for a specific product area based on the input from market, key customers and stakeholders.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders and update them appropriately on product vision, strategy, releases and roadmaps
  • Working closely with Head of Product to write business cases or narrative of a product area for product opportunity and investment justification
  • Engaging with clients to understand market requirements
  • Working closely with sales and marketing to create demand for the product and ensure that sales are properly equipped to sell the product and assist the go-to-market strategy
  • Reviewing and publishing metrics for own product area
  • Working autonomously through the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently
  • Mentoring and coach other product team members


What you will bring

  • Experience mentoring and coaching team members
  • Experience defining strategic priorities, helping others relate to and align with it and setting product vision and strategy
  • Product Management experience and an extensive toolbox of modern product discovery practices to draw upon
  • Experience using a range of metrics to monitor the success and health of products and services
  • Proven experience of making evidence-based decisions
  • Experienced in turning customer needs/pain points/desires into opportunities, and connect teams closer with customers (and not just be a proxy for them)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience building meaningful, collaborative relationships across all levels of the business
  • Strong facilitation and improvisation skills, with the ability to conduct effective workshops and meetings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience advocating for a product or service with customers and stakeholders
  • Experience fostering an open and collaborative environment
