You will use your collaborative and engaging leadership style to take on the responsibility to coach, mentor and lead a team of service people to consistently deliver a high quality of service to our customers and encourage growth in our sales.

Rentokil Initial has a full time permanent position available for a Supervisor to join our Hygiene CNI team based in CNI - Tauranga. You will use your collaborative and engaging leadership style to coach, mentor and lead a team of service people to consistently deliver a high quality of service to our customers and encourage growth in our sales. This is a 40 hour a week role between Monday and Friday.

In this role you will:

• Coach and mentor our team to achieve State of Service targets
• Monitor and review service productivity rates, seek continuous improvement around this
• Find efficiencies in service runs to improve productivity
• Conduct regular quality audits of specified client base and premises
• Ensure Company service practices are met and identify opportunities to improve service standards
• Ensure the team's company vehicles are maintained in a safe, reliable and clean condition
• Proactively resolve customers' servicing issues
• Develop and maintain long term customer relationships

To succeed in this role you will:

• Have at least 3 years' experience in a service management or operations environment, preferably in the Hygiene or Environmental Services industries;
• Understand route management;
• Bring experience in Health amp; Safety resolution and regular reporting to higher management;
• Be a strong communicator, self-motivated and highly customer focused;

• Have a high standard of personal presentation, a desire to succeed, organisation skills and a solution oriented focus;
• Possess a strong work ethic, a sense of humour, a passion for customer service, and enjoy and share the thrills of winning as a team.
