Requirements

As a People amp; Culture Partner, you will play a crucial role in recruiting top-notch individuals who enhance our capability, potential, and culture. While recruitment will be a key focus, we value generalists who are enthusiastic about creating great human experiences at work. You'll have the opportunity to contribute beyond recruitment, fostering a fantastic workplace, enhancing role and goal design, and driving growth and development initiatives. Your inquisitive nature, combined with a deep understanding of our business, will make you an invaluable partner across the organization.

• Execute employment branding initiatives to attract suitable candidates authentically
  
• Actively source and recruit talents that add to our talent density and great culture
• Foster a great place to work across all our workplaces (across markets, physical and remote)
• Support people leaders in day-to-day people matters
• Own Health, Wellness and community initiatives
• Manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to continue to support the people operation

• Experience in executing employment branding activities through events, social, and content
  
• End-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within a SaaS company or similar
• Strong administration and organisational skills across People amp; Culture
• Up-to-date knowledge of New Zealand Employment law (extra points for Australia, UK, and US law)
• Resilience, ability to deal with setbacks and changes in a high-growth SaaS company
• Passion for creating joyful experiences at work, with a good sense of humor and ability to foster connection through social experiences
