Job Description

Using cutting-edge technologies, you will be pivotal in optimising our customer platforms and infrastructure to improve reliability and decrease cost. About the role

The Technical Business Analyst's (TBA) primary role is to gather, analyse, document, and validate the needs of the stakeholders within customer engagements. The TBA, alongside the Tech Lead, also supports the Delivery Lead in leadership of customer engagements. Support the team in delivery of value to our customers, and participating in all Agile meetings such as sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.


About you

  • You have 5+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Ability to adapt to Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods
  • Skilled in adapting your approach to achieve the right balance of risk mitigation and value delivery, depending on the engagement
  • Ability to model data and map end to end
  • Advanced capability in Jira amp; Confluence
  • Confidence with presentations and facilitating meetings with key stakeholders/customers and apply the necessary skills to build consensus with stakeholders and the delivery team;
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
