ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an exceptional Partner Manager to join our Sales and Customer Engagement team and lead our efforts in leveraging partnerships for delivering excellent outcomes to our valued customers.

As a Partner Manager at DEFEND, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with our strategic partners. You'll serve as the main point of contact for all partnership-related matters, understanding their goals, challenges, and market trends to identify areas of synergy and drive mutual success. These partners are some of the most high-profile names in cloud computing and next-generation security platforms.

In this role you will:

• Proactively managing strategic partners, fostering strong relationships, and understanding their goals.
• Conducting regular meetings with partners, both onsite and remote.
• Representing DEFEND's strategy in relation to partners' interests.
• Providing partner pipeline reporting and documentation for initiatives.
• Leading partner-facing pipeline sessions and facilitating partner referrals.
• Driving joint initiatives with partners to maximize marketing impact.
• Leading new partner initiatives from concept to delivery.

Skills We Can’t Do Without

• Experience in working with Microsoft as a lead vendor would be highly desirable.
• Proven relationship management skills with the ability to establish, build, and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Exceptional planning and coordination skills to drive successful partnerships.
• Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Aptitude for quick learning and establishing credibility, with excellent communication skills to articulate the company vision to partners.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment, adapt to change, and demonstrate initiative.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop within the role.
