About the Role

We are on the hunt for an awesome person to join our Auckland team as a Business Support, supporting users across multiple products and services. This role will involve supporting the team with business processes, requirements and administrative duties as required. The Business Support role is responsible for the optimal operation of business systems.

This position will be an internal facing role.

What you’ll bring

Although work experience is great, we value a can-do attitude and passion much more! Your verbal and written communication skills are key to your success in this role. Along with this we need someone who can:

  • Experience and understanding regarding budgets and forecasts
  • Provide effective and efficient customer service support
  • Support the management and team with administrative tasks
  • Monitor open support requests and provide timely feedback to end users.
  • Ensure all reported information is documented and recorded correctly.
  • Create training materials and how-to documents for users
  • Maintain and develop on existing processes in accordance with changes
  • Bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong quality orientation
