New Zealand Fine Touring Group (NZFT) is a technology enabled travel business experiencing rapid growth. We are looking for a proactive and passionate Business + People Support Administrator to join our dynamic team on a part time basis. As the Business + People Support Administrator you will be responsible for providing general office support and HR support for our People amp; Performance Manager.

If you are looking for an entry level HR position to kick start your career or have previous experience in office administration in a high volume environment and are looking for a part time role with flexibility. This could be the role for you!

What the role looks like:

  • HR administration support: completing HR paperwork amp; managing digital files in our HR system.
  • Recruitment support: scheduling interviews, completing reference checks, posting adverts.
  • Office Support: general office admin, ordering supplies,ensuring common areas are tidy amp; ordering catering.
  • Providing general support the the management team

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in an administration role in a high volume working environment.
  • Knowledge of HR best practice would be highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • High degree of computer literacy with proficiency in G Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
  • High level of common sense with a pro-active, positive and fun approach.
  • Great organisational, administration and time management skills.
