Requirements
Serko is a scaling technology company, so we are looking for someone who is passionate about building a world-class employee experience and being part of organisational transformation.
This role reports to Head of PPC and will start as a 12 months fixed-term contract to support our transformation projects across Technology, Product and Design. If you are eager to learn and develop your HRBP career in the technology sector and being part of a fun, driven and passionate people team, this is your opportunity.
What you will be doing
- Provide operational support to Head of PPC with various people-based activities across Technology, Product amp; Design
- Assist the delivery and execution of strategies to build organisational performance and capabilities
- Identify succession plans for key talents and positions within Serko
- Management of and contribution to strategic PPC programs and projects across the team
- Manage employment relation issues
- Prepare and present regular reporting
What you will bring
- Experience working as a business partner
- Change Management experience is desired and Lamp;D background is beneficial
- Facilitation and coaching experience is a plus
- Experience in technology businesses desired
- An authentic, proactive and structured approach to your work
- A confident influencer with solid stakeholder management skills
- Good organisational skills and be able to prioritised tasks
- A strong growth mindset with desire to learn from and coach others
