Our purpose built offices close to Auckland Airport is home to New Zealand’s largest Distribution Centre and our Support Centre where our team of 1000 people strong, all strive towards becoming one of the most customer driven retailers in the world.About the roleAs Cost and Terms Analyst, you’ll work with Stores and other business units to ensure we have accurate cost and pricing for stores and customers. You’ll be the primary contact for two key functions: the operational migration and support for new initiatives and key projects in Merchandise, and for the cost and term changes within Foodstuffs North Island. Key functions of this role include among other things:· Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain cost and discounts and the cost for imported goods in SAP· Work with blocked invoices to ensure supplier payment· Responsibility for the data integration between multiple systems· Develop strong relationships cross functionally to ensure the delivery on a range of projects including pay by scan and process automation process automation About youAlong with an understanding of retail processes, to be successful in this role, you’ll:· Have experience in master data or in an analytical role· Be tech savvy with experience in SAP and Excel· Drive continuous improvements across all processes· Have high attention to detail with a love of numbers and a critical way of thinkingWhat’s in it for youIn return, we offer a competitive salary package including subsidised health insurance, flexible working so you can get the most out of life, free parking, participation in the company superannuation fund, birthday leave and long service leave!
