We are looking for a Industrial Warehouse Property Development Manager to join our Property Investment team to look after additional projects with Gilmours and our new Chilled and Frozen Distribution Centre. About the roleKey to our long-term success, this team are responsible for identifying developments that align with our hefty goals. As a senior leader, you’ll strategically manage and deliver the infrastructure of big warehouse, large industrial developments to support our supply chain network. As a senior in the team amongst other things you’ll:· Identify locations suitable for particular brand function· Prepare feasibility studies· Conduct the negotiation process for all property acquisitions· Carry out the due diligence processAbout youAn entrepreneurial and strategic thinker, you’ll have the commercial experience to be able to drive and expand sizable industrial warehouse developments. With a strong statutory and legislative understanding of the Resource Management Act, you’ll also be familiar with project management tools and have good negotiation skills. A sound problem solver with analytical ability, you’ll be able to juggle multiple balls keeping one eye on today and the other on tomorrow.
