We’re looking for smart, creative, innovative developers who want to build amazing software and have a great time doing it. If you join the Phocas graduate programme, you'll get the opportunity to work with four different product teams during your first two years at Phocas. You’ll work on diverse products, use a wide range of tools and technologies, find out where your passions lie, and, of course, have a lot of fun!
We don't have a whole laundry list of requirements - we're looking for attitude, aptitude and potential plus:
- A tertiary qualification in software engineering, computer science or similar
- Experience developing software in modern web and UI orientated languages and frameworks
- An empathetic approach to communication amp; genuine desire to collaborate with others
- Fantastic attention to detail
- A growth mindset
