Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for the right person, to help lead our Hawkes Bay team to deliver our residential maintenance program to our customers.
We are part of a fast moving, dynamic and KPI focused organisation with a long term maintenance contract.
While managing and leading a skilled and hard-working team of Delivery supervisors your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate all delivery functions in your delegated area
- Ensure time and quality standards are met through providing leadership, direction and guidance
- Undertaking Work In Progress checks
- Maximise delivery effectiveness which leads to quality outcomes and greater customer experience
- Maintain KPI’s and ensuring the business meets it contractual obligations
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Construction experience preferred but not essential
- Good general understanding of trades involved with residential property maintenance
- Proven experience in building and growing strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience working with and to KPI’s
