Following our phenomenal growth in Australia, we are now seeking an experienced General Manager to drive the growth of Level Group New Zealand and the Level Electrical amp; Level Plumbing brands.

Requirements

• Leading a local team to launch an exciting new national business
• Prospecting, recruiting and onboarding plumbing and electrical businesses aligned with our company values and culture
• Supporting independent trade businesses with the development of business plans to grow and improve their business
• Executing our structured, hands-on business improvement cycle
• Frequent and meaningful communication with Members to build trusted, long-term relationships
• Fostering a culture of strong engagement and networking within a Membership environment
• Working with Members to deliver value to all of Level’s supply chain partners
• Plan and execute local Member networking events
• Excited by face-to-face interactions with ambitious tradies across New Zealand, and occasional travel to Australia
• 10+ years Electrical/Plumbing industry experience, and a track record of managing a revenue pipeline for rapid growth
