About the role
As a Senior Consultant, D365 amp; Power Platforms, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the technical development teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating Microsoft concepts.
In this role you’ll be across multiple projects with high profile clients. Our projects are typically end to end deliveries, combining both CRM and ERP together and pairing with portals, mobile and deep integration to customer systems so there’s heaps to get your teeth stuck into!
What You’ll Bring
You’ll have plenty of experience leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and have an understanding of Sales, Service and Marketing principals. Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Power Platforms is essential. You may also have experience with presales and shaping projects.
You enjoy being hands on and aren’t afraid to get stuck in there to train your customers or mentor junior team members.
