At Paloma, we worked Distributed, which means our office spaces are hubs for in-person collaboration, strategy development or simply a place to socialise with colleagues. That's where this role comes in. We're looking for a Part-Time Office Manager to work 16-20 hours/week in our Auckland office to keep things humming, operations smooth and office snacks stocked. This person will be the go-to contact at the office, so whenever our people or clients drop in, they feel welcomed and supported.

Paloma Ventures is an arm of the business where we found, fund, and build businesses from the ground up. Working at Paloma gives you ownership in current and future ventures. You can think of it as owning an index fund of early-stage technology companies. A majority of our ventures have taken rounds of external funding and are in growth mode, and we’re helping them rise to the top. In other words, there's some real value there already.
