Fundamentally is a consultancy creating digital transformation for impact organisations. Our focus is to increase the confidence leaders have in their digital systems, data and team and make data informed decisions through digital and data solutions.

We are excited to hire a Senior Project Manager for integrated technology projects delivered in partnership with our other group companies ImpactLab and Eightwire.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of complex technical transformation projects for social sector and Government customers across digital operations, data enablement, connectivity, analytics, and impact measurement and visualisation.


Responsibilites

Your opportunity is to oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment of people, processes and resources in cross-functional teams, managing the execution of projects to scope, time, budget and desired impact. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Technical Scoping - technical requirements, specifications and planning
  • Engagement Management - project leadership, management, reporting, delivery and documentation
  • Resource Planning and Budget Management - timeframes, budgets, resources, tools and process
  • Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration - project leadership, customers and internal teams

Through the execution of your role you will also mentor team members to enhance collective intelligence and contribute insights to product, service and business development.

Requirements

  • You have minimum 7+ years' experience in project management, 3+ years' experience in Government is helpful
  • You have proven ability to manage complex technical projects in software implementation and data enablement
  • You have an expert understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • You are relentlessly collaborative and have excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are highly autonomous and organised with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You are comfortable with working in remote and flexible team environments with a diverse membership
  • You have an interest in applying your skills to raise the capability of social sector leaders to increase their impact and feel connected to the idea of using data to improve the lives of others
