NZFT operates a multichannel strategy selling travel to international visitors who wish to travel across New Zealand and Australia. NZFT are on an exciting growth journey and are expanding our marketing team. We are looking for a Google Adwords Senior Specialist to manage our AdWords and other paid search activity. You will provide a pivotal role in our multichannel strategy to help us meet our growth targets.
While PPC is your specialty you will have a fundamental understanding of SEO, and understand how other areas of marketing such as social media, EDM and website management interact with PPC.
What does the role look like:
- Develop and implement Google AdWords campaigns aligned with our Multichannel strategy.
- Review and optimise campaign performance to increase conversions and return on investment.
- Complete market analysis and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Work collaboratively with others in the marketing team to ensure products are optimised from a paid search perspective and plan activity that supports the goals of the marketing team.
- Manage and monitor the adwords budgets across all channels.
- Mentor, guide and support other team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in developing and managing successful Google AdWords campaigns with a focus on performance optimisation to drive strong Return On Ad Spend.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to monitor, analyse and interpret campaign performance data.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Familiarity with relevant tools like Google Analytics, Web Master Tools and SEM Rush.
- Experience mentoring others.
