Job Description
Tradify Limited, a computer software company on a mission to transform how tradespeople run their businesses, is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Specialist for the ANZ market. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our innovative product through exceptional telephone and sales skills. Responsibilities- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and present Tradify's product with the goal of achieving set sales targets
- Qualify leads through various channels, including telephone, demos, texts, live chats and email
- Utilise the CRM software to document customer interactions and sales progress
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services in order to effectively communicate and sell them to prospective clients
Requirements
- Proven success in a sales role, with exceptional telephone sales skills and experience with high-volume outbound calls
- An understanding of sales processes and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships over the phone and via email
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using CRM software to assist in managing the sales funnel
