We’re looking for a driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team based in Auckland in a full-time, permanent role. You will be someone who can understand our customer, empathise with their pain points, and assist them in their journey with Fergus. You are the glue that keeps the product and client together through exceptional technical facilitation and customer rapport.
This role could be a fantastic stepping-stone within a tech environment that spans the globe, and if you're our successful applicant, we'll provide you with all the information and training required.
