Rentokil Initial is currently searching for a Telephone Account Manager to join our fast-paced telephone-based sales team in Hamilton, on a fixed-time basis until September 2024. We are looking for an experienced individual with excellent communication skills, proven sales success, ability to prioritise, and stick to deadlines but most of all, who is passionate about providing the best level of service to our customers and enjoys working within a great team for a great company.

The main duties for this role include:

• Managing your call cycle to ensure all clients are proactively contacted
• Actively identifying and executing sales opportunities
• Managing the day-to-day administration requirements of your customer
• Providing excellent customer services to customers
• Ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently
• Preparing, processing and submitting client invoices each month

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience with customer service and sales
• The ability to build long term internal and external relationships
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• The ability to learn quickly and be IT savvy
• The ability to use a straightforward and practical approach to handling business issues
• The ablility to demonstrate working effectively under pressure whilst keeping a smile in your voice
