Our team

You will be joining the Networks Professional Services team, delivering small works requests amp; projects to customers across New Zealand.

About the Role

The role of the Project Coordinator is to be the customer primary point of contact amp; engagement for your assigned projects, managing quality, cost amp; time.

What you’ll do

The successful candidate will join a friendly team of project manager and wider Networks team. Your primary functions will be:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for your customer for projects which will predominantly in the Network space
  • Assisting with financial management amp; tracking of budget expenditure of a number of smaller engagements
  • For larger assignments, this will include documenting scope amp; delivery approach with assistance with our Network specialist amp; estimating hours amp; writing up Statements of Work or Minor Works Requests
  • You will also oversee the project delivery and whilst a technical appreciation, or interest in the material, is helpful, the Network Consultants provide this detailed knowledge amp; your value is being able to discern the high level steps amp; dependencies between each and ensure steady progression
  • You also need to manage the customer amp; their expectations and help co-ordinate the various tasks amp; communicate progress in regular dialogue or via agreed reporting with the client to monitor amp; achieve a successful outcome with high levels of customer satisfaction
  • As well as being a primary contact for the customer, you will also establish and maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders amp; utilising our tools to manage amp; invoice the customer as per the agreed terms for each engagement, ordinarily monthly
  • This is a busy but rewarding role with plenty of variety amp; an opportunity to develop your career amp; ideally we would be looking for an individual with aspiration to train amp; move into Project Management which you will be supported with including professional training in this discipline.

  • Experience, ideally, in Outsourcing
  • Interest in progressing your career within Project Management discipline
